We know from our work over 30 years in the EAP industry that two of the most common reasons for people seeking out our assistance through their EAP are to deal with stress and anxiety (and they are linked). We also know that when people have access to objective information and data about the things that cause them to become stressed and anxious, they are better able to self manage, experience an improvement in their resilience and make more effective decisions.
The information below is intended to assist people who have concerns about themselves, their employees and / or family members to make informed judgements about what action they believe they need to take to keep themselves safe.
